Behind every good chapter is a great set of advisors, people who are there for guidance, leadership and positivity. Alpha Tau, the overall premier chapter at the University of Cincinnati, would not be able to fly so high without the string of advisors supporting us.
Caroline Connor: Recruitment and Panhellenic advisor
“Being involved in Theta was such an integral part of my college experience, I wanted to find a way to give back to an organization that had given me so much. : Theta thought me not only how to be a leader, but more importantly that I COULD be a leader. It also gave me life long friendships, and a forever home at Ohio Northern. I am the Recruitment and Panhellenic Advisor. I help with all things recruitment, and make sure that anything decided at a Panhellenic level is kosher with Theta. Outside of theta I am am a pharmacist for TriHealth, working at the GE Family Wellness Center. I am getting married this year, on November 19th. And my fiancé and I just bought our first house!” Caroline wants every women of theta to know “she is always here to lend an ear or a helping hand to any sister in need”
Christina Beer: Finance Advisor for Alpha Tau and Social Chair of Alumnae Chapter
“I wanted to be an advisor because I wanted to give back to the chapter and the group of girls that challenged me, inspired me, and pushed me to be my best self. It was a great opportunity to stay connected with the chapter, and provide guidance and advice. Since college, I have been involved with the alumnae chapter. We have done a number of events, including socials and volunteer events (with ProKids!). Staying involved has continually reminded me to live by the four points of the kite: intellectual curiosity, leadership potential, commitment to service, and personal excellence. It’s also a ton of fun!
I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with degrees in Information Systems and Finance. I currently work at GE Aviation in their IT Leadership Program. As a part of the program, I get to travel all over the world, including Budapest and Dubai in the next few months! Outside of work, I love to ski, hike, play volleyball, and travel. I’m also a die-hard Cincy fan… so go Bearcats, Bengals, and Reds!”
Stephanie Post: Operations Advisor
Stephanie Post is the operations advisor for the Alpha Tau chapter. Outside of advising, Stephanie lives in Hyde Park and works as an investment banker for Fort Washington Investment Advisors. In her free time she enjoys eating copious amounts of sushi and running after her goldendoodle puppy. As the operations advisor, she supports the COO in addition to advising the Member Development Committee. Stephanie was initially interested in being an advisor because of the terrific experience she had in college in Kappa Alpha Theta. After moving to Cincinnati after graduation, it was a great way to stay connected to the fraternity and give back as others had done before to make her college experience what it was.
